Developing young talent and giving young players a chance has long been at the centre of our philosophy, and will continue to be so.
The Hayezie's Football Academy has a proud history of producing players for the pro clubs that end up at their first team, and remains at the forefront of player development.
Academy manager/coach Jack Hayes, who joined the Acedemy in the summer of 2016, is supported by a leading team of youth coaches and scouts, and an athletic department and support staff using and developing the latest techniques in the game which includes player analyst coaching and development.
What is Hayezie's Football
academy?
The Hayezie's Football Academy is part of a set up to develop footballing talent. Its most easily thought of as a training school. A place where students learn their craft, and improve a player’s ability and also help attract football clubs.
At the academy we provide high standards of coaching from fully committed coaches which are determined to help you progress and to help you become successful as a footballer.

About
Our coach Jack Hayes will be training and developing the players who participate. It is well documented that Jack (Hayezie) has got great a great coaching method(s) & his own ability. jack is a fully qualified coach with a DBS check and is 19 years of age. Jack is also a P.E teacher at schools located in Essex & Greater London.
Jack is a former academy player at Millwall, Leyton Orient and Romford FC. As well as Hayezie's playing history he has also had great coaching expiriances with Millwall, Dagenham & Redbridge and Southend United.
OUR VISION
Hayezie's Soccer Academy has a proven track record in nurturing talented young players through its outstanding Academy set-up, having produced that have been signed by top english clubs and have played at internatinal level in recent years. Today there are over 100 players in the Premier and Football League who are products of the Academy.
The number of players that have played at the academy will be scouted by pro clubs and if their ability is good enough they will be signed this is the steps that were used in the past.
The academy is incontact with london football clubs regarding players signing or having trials so there is a high chance of clubs looking at your ability. The clubs that the academy are listed below besides many more.
